For more information on our range of wireless video cameras, CCTV cameras, spy cams and spy cameras please e-mail sales@budgetspyshop.co.uk.  If you have any further questions, need to have a better picture of the laws regarding CCTV and wireless cameras.  Please seek legal advice from an expert before undergoing any covert surveillance,  as a general rule its illegal in most countries to use CCTV or any other camera hidden or otherwise in a public place without a sign of specific dimensions stating CCTV is in operation.  B, in your own private home you must not use hidden cameras in any "inappropriate places" that may be seen in the eyes of the law to be an illegal activity, whether its for keeping an eye on a nanny, the kids, burglar or cheating partner (once again if unsure always seek professional advice from an expert).  We at budget spy shop will not be held responsible for any misuse of our products, as with most things in life, wireless video cameras can be used for benefit and misuse. 

Wireless cameras and mini cameras are frequently used for a great variety of hobbies and interests; bird box cameras, on remote control vehicle cameras, in cars, bumper cameras, to look into nooks and crannies, science projects, robot cams, helmet cameras, the list of uses of mini wireless cameras goes on and on!

Legal notice and disclaimer - Please do not use for illegal activities and when using in a public place there must be a sign clearly visible stating that "Close Circuit Television Is Operating In The Area" or words to that effect.  In your own home you must also understand the laws governing the use of CCTV and/or surveillance of your country, if you have reasonable doubt to question the application then seek legal advice first.   George and Li International (Budgetspyshop), its owners and employees will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the misuse of its products, it is the consumers legal duty to abide by the laws governing their country.  George and Li International reserve the rights to change any pricing of its products without prior notice and shall not whatsoever be  obliged to fulfil orders that contain erroneous values of invoicing, pricing, amounts or sales.

Warranty - 6 Months free warranty on all products (for retail this does not affect the consumer statuary rights).  We will replace or repair any products that develop a fault within normal working conditions following the guidelines included.  Tampering with the cameras will void the warranty, which includes:   Do not attempt to fix/repair any products.  Security seals/tamper stickers and screws must not be compromised.  Do not attempt to open the casing of any of the cctv or mini surveillance cameras. 

Returns policy for exchange - Please e-mail/write first for your returns number subject heading "returns number request" the returns number along with a brief description of the fault must be included with the return package.  The time period for return is 6 months.

Returns policy for refund - Please e-mail/write first for your returns number subject heading "returns number request" the returns number must be included with the return package.  We offer a 7 day returns policy.  Returns made within 7 days of receipt qualify for a full refund.  Electronic items which are returned in a used or worn condition including packaging are subject to a 20% handling and re-stocking fee, electronics require a full testing procedure by a member of staff.  We are unable to re-fund returned items for which the customer has been responsible for causing the following; damaged goods, missing parts, installed copyrighted software related items (a licensing agreement is entered into with the software/data provider).  The retail packaging must also be in the same condition as received, complete and fit for resale.  We are unable to refund the customers return postage fee.

VAT - Is charged at the UK rate of 15% to all EU consumers.  Our VAT number is GB 865 0809 08
